Smaller than the northern Pagoda Turret, it is tall and white with a corrugated profile cause by three strong cords.


Found living in clean sand on open beaches from the low intertidal to 150m. Only found in the Sounth Island from Otago to Stewart Island.


Feeds on particulate matter, small plankton and bacteria.
